PAR is now pleased to expand our COVID-19 vaccine administration. In compliance with FDA approvals and the CDC-recommended “shared clinical decision-making” model, we are offering the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine to any patient 6 months or older whose parent would like their child vaccinated.
If you are interested in vaccinating your child, please submit a vaccine appointment request on our website via parpeds.com/appointments. Parents wishing to vaccinate a child without a high risk condition will have a brief, no-copay consultation with a PAR provider prior to vaccine administration.
