Information Regarding Scheduling, Appointments and Wait Times:

If you are unable to keep an appointment, please call and let us know.

We reserve the right to reschedule late (15 minutes +) arrivals if no openings are available.

Helpful Tips for Scheduling Appointments:

  • Please confirm the location of your appointment.
  • Peak call center hours are early morning and after school lets out.

Extended Hours appointments on weekdays have been temporarily suspended due to COVID-19.*

In order to see your suddenly ill child as soon as possible, we reserve our extended-hours appointments (currently weekends only) for urgent sick visits. We also see newborns for routine hospital discharge follow-up visits on weekends.

* We are pleased to offer early-morning, later-evening and weekend urgent sick appointments at our Three Chopt office and evening urgent sick appointment hours at our Bell Creek office. Please be aware that, for some insurance plans, there is an additional fee for appointments prior to 8:30 a.m. and for 5:00 p.m. or later, as well as for weekend appointments. We encourage you to check with your insurance provider regarding these charges. Be aware that with high-deductible health plans, this charge may be passed on to the patient by the insurance company.
