We offer online self-scheduling for express sick visits and well child checks.
For all other appointments (i.e. vaccine only nurse visit, med check, chronic/ongoing concerns, behavioral/mental health), please fill out an appointment request form and a team member will call you within one business day.

EXPRESS SICK VISITS are for patients with a fever less than 5 days, a single mild symptom lasting less than 3 weeks, or for mild symptoms requiring clearance from school or daycare. Examples of mild symptoms include: sore throat, ear pain, congestion, pink eye, vomiting, diarrhea, and UTIs.
WELL CHILD CHECKS ensure that your child is attaining appropriate growth and developmental milestones, and are also an excellent opportunity to discuss what to expect as your child grows. We see children for checkups as newborns through age 21. Well Child Checks may be scheduled four months in advance.
ALL OTHER APPOINTMENTS for patients that need med checks, vaccine appointments, chronic/ongoing concerns and ADHD and behavioral/mental health conferences, can be requested using the appointment request form. Once your request is submitted, someone from our front desk will reach out to you within one business day to schedule your visit.

If you need an appointment scheduled for one of the following, please call 804-282-4205 and follow the prompts to speak with a scheduler so we can allow your child(ren) the appropriate amount of time for evaluation:
- multiple children in a single block of time
- moderate to severe symptoms such as asthma/wheezing, testicular pain, head injury/concussion, etc.

Office visits are by appointment only. However, should an extremely urgent matter arise we will make the accommodations necessary to ensure your child gets the best care possible.

Well child check, med check, and nurse vaccine visit appointments may be made up to four months in advance.
Schedulers are available beginning at 7:30 am Monday-Saturday. In the event of a delayed office opening, schedulers will be available beginning 1 hour prior to our opening that day.
Peak call center hours are early morning and after school lets out.
Rescheduling, Cancellations, Late Arrivals, Incorrect Office Arrivals & No-Shows
We kindly ask that you call and inform us if you are running late, need to reschedule, or need to cancel an appointment, so we may use that time to help another family in need of our services.
If you arrive at the incorrect office, your appointment will have to be rescheduled if there are no other openings.
We reserve the right to reschedule late (15 minutes +) arrivals if no openings are available.
Beginning January 1, 2026, the following are subject to a $25 cancellation fee:
- Cancellations less than 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time
- No-shows
