Hilina Kassa, M.D.

Dr. Hilina Kassa joined our practice in September 2021. She completed a Bachelor of Science in Biology at Yale University and a Master of Health Science at Johns Hopkins University. She then worked as an epidemiologist in Baltimore, Maryland before attending medical school at Emory University. Dr. Kassa completed her residency in Pediatrics at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania/ A.I. duPont Hospital for Children in Wilmington, Delaware. Prior to joining PAR, Dr. Kassa worked in the emergency department at AIDHC in Wilmington. She is board-certified in Pediatrics and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Kassa and her husband have a young daughter. She enjoys reading nonfiction, cooking, hiking and exploring historic attractions.
