Andy Dunning, Practice Manager

Andy joined Pediatric Associates of Richmond in November 2024 after having worked in pediatric primary care administration for over 15 years. He started his career in Richmond, VA in 2004, and began working with pediatric practices in 2008. Since then, he has stayed within the pediatrics specialty, saying “one of the most rewarding fields you can work in is pediatric medicine.” Andy went to high school in southern Virginia where he enjoyed playing baseball and participating in the band program. He then attended Virginia Tech where he studied Financial Management, graduating in 2003. Andy is a music buff and in his spare time enjoys playing guitar at home for his wife, two children, and three cats.
