PAR is proud to be providing COVID-19 vaccines to our patients. We encourage and recommend all eligible individuals get vaccinated against COVID-19. For those patients 12 and up who completed their vaccine series more than 5 months ago, we recommend a booster. In addition to our offices, COVID-19 vaccines are available at many local pharmacies and all health departments.
